Send us an email with your destination, number of guests and the approximate month you would like to travel! 

In order to secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit that is 50:% of the total charter price. For example, if your trip cost $12,000, your upfront cost is $6000, the remainder of the balance will be due 60 days prior to departure. 

No, the deposit is non-refundable. Our relationship with various fleets requires a 50% deposit from our guests.
Once a trip is booked, it guarantees the boat will be available for the week you chose. 

The cost includes accommodation on the boat, an exciting sailing adventure,and safety equipment. 

It does not cover flights, personal travel insurance, on board meals or fuel.

Fuel and on-board provisions costs will be shared equally among the group!

Your skipper will advise your group to keep track of any group expenses that will be split at the end of the trip.

Absolutely! Our trips are designed to bring solo travelers together. We'll match you with other solo travelers or a group that shares similar interests.

• Initial Payment (Deposit) Refundability:
  • The initial 50% payment (deposit) is nonrefundable unless a cancellation request is made within 7 days of payment.

• Refund of Remaining Balance:
  • If you cancel more than 120 days before sailing and have paid the remaining balance, the remaining balance will be refunded in full.

• Full Refund Within 7 Days:
  • You can request a full refund of your deposit and any additional payments if you cancel within 7 days of making the deposit. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Refund Method:
  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for the booking.

• Cancellation After 7 Days but Before 120 Days:
  
  • The 50% deposit remains nonrefundable after the 7-day grace period. However, any additional payments will be fully refunded if cancellation occurs more than 120 days before sailing.

• Cancellation by Guest:
  • More than 60 Days Before Departure: The nonrefundable deposit will be held, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Less than 60 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued. To keep costs low, refunds cannot be provided within 60 days of departure as this would unfairly impact other guests.

• Cancellation by Bluewater Breeze Co.:
  • If Bluewater Breeze Co. cancels your charter due to unforeseen operational issues or other circumstances within our control, a full refund will be provided, or you may reschedule at no additional cost.

• Weather and Safety Conditions:
  • If adverse weather makes sailing unsafe, a partial refund will be given based on the days affected, or you may reschedule your charter.

• Transfer of Booking:
  • You may transfer your booking to another party with written consent from Bluewater Breeze Co. Transfers must be requested at least 14 days before departure, and a $100 transfer fee applies.

• No-Show Policy:
  • If a guest fails to arrive for the scheduled charter without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

• Changes to Booking:
  • Requests to modify the booking must be submitted in writing. We will try to accommodate changes, but due to the advance planning required, we cannot guarantee them.

• Refund Processing Timeline:
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation or event triggering the refund. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

No, you don't! Our trips are guided by professional skippers who provide their knowledge of the vessel and sea to ensure a safe journey. Your job is to sit back and relax! We cater to all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned sailors.

Pack light, but don't forget sun protection, swimwear, a waterproof jacket, comfortable clothing, and non-slip shoes. We encourage each guest to pack their belongings inside a soft sided duffel' backpack that is easeily stowed. Storage on the boat is limited, so big rolling suitcases are a no-no.
We can send you a detailed packing list if you have a difficult time fitting your belongings inside a carry on :)

We'll provide details about the meeting point and time in your trip information pack. This is usually at the marina where the sailboat is docked.

Accommodations on board are shared cabins. Solo travelers may be paired with another traveler of the same gender. If you're booking as a group, we'll arrange for you to be accommodated together as much as possible.

Shopping will be done as a group on the first day. Meals are a mix of local produce and international cuisine, prepared on board by you and your fellow crew. This is a hands on trip! Everyone gets the chance to cook a meal, dry some dishes and eat some cookie dough. 

Yes, we encourage it! We are more than happy to teach you sailing basics and involve you in daily sailing activities. Participation is not mandatory, and you're welcome to relax and enjoy the journey.

Tipping is customary in the yachting industry and is a large part of the crews income. Some companies automatically include a 20% gratuity in the charter agreement, however we like to leave it up to the guests to make this decision.

The captains job is to not only keep you safe, but ensure you have the best time of your life! 

Gratuities can be given to the captain any time prior to disembarkation. 

The industry standard for gratuity is 20% of the total cost of the charter. 

Safety is our top priority. All our boats are equipped with the latest safety equipment, and your skipper is trained in First Aid, CPR, AED and a Red Cross Lifeguard. 

You'll be briefed on safety procedures before setting sail.
